My Client-First Philosophy

SINCERITY, KINDNESS AND TENECIOUSNES

I have a motto of the day, for each day of the month, which I have been

practicing ever since I came to the United States. This motto is given by my church, Church of Perfect Liberty, and I practice it for me to become a better person, better

real estate agents for my clients.

My desire is to materialize my client’s dream in real estate by solving problems

and being creative. I feel that the harder I work, luckier I get. For my buyers, I am blessed to find the best property when the situation is right. For my sellers, my marketing methods bring the best buyers for the highest price at the right timing.

I take my time so that I take care of each transaction in details. At the close

of the escrow. I limit my sellers and buyers so that I can perform a good job. .

My commitment is firm and I don’t lose focus. I owe this to my prayer and

practice of my motto of the day.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Los Angeles real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Silverlake, Los Feliz, Mid-Wilshire, Los Angles areas, please contact me.

Some recent compliments

Tomoko Okumura helped us purchase a home in Los Angeles in 2000 and sell the same house in 2006.The purchase was the most complex real estate transaction we have been involved with because the house had nine liens on it.

Tomoko helped us through this very difficult purchase with superb professionalism and a wonderful optimistic and helpful attitude. The house finally closed just six hours before it went to the court house steps. When we sold the same house in 2006, Tomoko displayed the same professionalism and concern for us. My daughter had moved out of the house to Seattle and my wife and I live in Salt Lake City, so the sale was made difficult because we were not on site. Nonetheless, Tomoko made it happen beautifully and was most helpful in arranging some final repairs required before the sale. In the dozen or so real estate transactions in which we have been involved, no one has done a better job for us than Tomoko Okumura. We appreciate her professionalism, wonderful attitude and thoughtful and accurate advice throughout the purchase and sale process. We highly recommend Tomoko Okumura.”

To all contemplating choosing Tomoko Okumura as your real estate agent and all who have already had the good fortune to have done so, I share my following my following personal experiences and strong recommendation as to her excellent credentials….

I think my lucky stars, or in reality, I am very thankful that my prayer seeking wisdom as to which real estate agent I should ask to help me find my first house to buy was answered in choosing Tomoko! Her inexhaustible patience and dogged persistence were unfailing even after my offers on four different houses fell through. After discouragement started to set into my thinking, she quickly reminded me to “keep the faith” and that she was certain that “the best is being saved last for you.” Her assurance and chipper attitude did indeed help me “keep the faith”, and sure enough shortly thereafter, the “best” house was just put on the market and my offer accepted.

Since that success story, Tomoko has represented me in three additional successful transactions! Each one included various challenges but with her unrivaled expertise and resourcefulness, each hurdle was overcome with wonderful results. During these challenges, she always made time for thorough communication with me to be certain she was acting on our mutual agreement, and she showed great respect for my opinions. No “railroading” from her!

Tomoko is burgeoning with all the following qualities, talents, and skills that make her an outstanding agent; inexhaustible stamina (like the “Energizer Bunny”); top negotiating skills; keep perception and intuition; unlimited joy, integrity; and an extremely positive nature; fully knowledgeable with all the latest industry-info; and most importantly, a sincere desire to discover the perfect property-to-client match because of her great love for her fellowman!

Tomoko Okumura is definitely a 10+ real estate agent… don’t let her slip away!!!

Sincerest wishes and happy house-hunting,
